With D-bü, the Rectors' Conference of the German Universities of Music (RKM) have created an event format that is fundamentally different from traditional classical music competitions. At D-bü, the focus is on topics such as innovation and originality as well as the sustainability of the formats. Exchange and also the conception of new music formats are of particular importance. To make this possible, the participants will be accommodated together at a central location. Workshops in the run-up to the event will also give them the opportunity to develop themselves further and to receive new suggestions and ideas as well as to exchange and further educate themselves professionally.
