A letter of up to 3,000 characters on the applicant's own motivation for studying must be submitted with the application for admission.

Main subject
Applicants must prepare a demanding programme of at least 4 works from 3 different stylistic periods (including one work from the 20th or 21st century), which demonstrate interpretative ability and technical ability.

Colloquium
Proof of sufficient ability to reflect and verbalise in relation to instrumental pedagogical and subject didactic issues.

The video must be uploaded within the application deadline. In the first step, please submit the application via the portal, then you will receive the link to the video portal through which you can upload your video.  

Duration of the video: at least 20 minutes 

Singing or Instrumental major:
(applies to pop instruments and all other instruments offered at MHL):
Works or parts of works from different styles or eras; for classical instruments or vocals, one of which must be composed after 1920. The works presented should demonstrate the ability to interpret and technical ability.  

The applicants must be clearly recognizable. No technical modifications are permitted within a performed piece. The video should not be older than 6 months. Piano accompaniment is optional but not required.
