Polyvalent study programme "Music Education"
leads via the Master of Education to the teaching profession

• Bachelor of Arts  - only possible again to winter term

Teacher training at grammar schools (school music)

• Master of Education -  only possible again to winter term
• Master of Education (lateral entry)

Concert examination

• Concert examination (course of study, four semesters)
  for the instruments: piano, violin, viola, violoncello, double bass,
  flute, oboe, basoon, clarinet, horn, trumpet, trombone, percussio, guitar
• Concert examination (further education with costs, two semesters)
  for: Composition, chamber music, voice, organ

Applications for participation in the aptitude test procedure can only be submitted via the online application portal. Written applications are not possible and will not be accepted. Unnecessarily submitted will not be returned, but will be destroyed in accordance with data destroyed.

Study options and regulations for (aptitude) examinations for people with special needs are examined individually in accordance with the examination regulations. The contact person is Dr. Daniela Bartels (see contact below). Gladly you can contact Dr. Bartels in parallel with your online application. Your online application will be forwarded to him in-house.

Note to foreigners
All applicants, who are not German native speakers, are required to pass a language test at B2 level. This test is compulsory and takes place in the evening of the aptitude examination in artistic major.
